Shipping
All packages are shipped via Canada Post and come with $100 insurance + a tracking number. Orders are typically processed and sent out within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) excluding statutory holidays. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped.
Good Faith is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

- $10 shipping within Canada.
- $20 shipping to the U.S.
- $50 International shipping
- Free shipping for all Canadian + U.S. orders over $75
Customs + Duties
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and duties. All applicable taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We truly hope you love your purchase! If for some reason you're not in love then we're more than happy to offer you a full refund upon it's return. Please know that any items you wish to return for refund must meet the following criteria:
- item is in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- item is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it.
- item was purchased at full price
- item is sent back to us with insurance + a tracking number and we are notified of the tracking number and shipping date
- return shipping is at your cost
- return is from Canada
Due to their intimate/delicate nature all ceramics, wall hangings, skincare, candles, swimwear, hats, earrings, sale items and undergarments are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All items shipped outside of Canada are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
